The WireJewelry Gemstones of the World Rock Tumbler Refill Kit comes with 1.5 Lb of handpicked rough gemestones from around the world, 1 batch of premeasured grit and polish that is conveniently packed in single use tear packs and 1 Lb of Plastic Pellets. These stones have been carefully selected to be similar hardness and give a variety of color and assortment.
Kit Includes: Grit and Abrasive Kit Includes (Grit quantity for 1.5 lb of rock in a 3 lb barrel*): Step 1 - Coarse (4 Tbsp/batch): 60/90 Grit Silicon Carbide, used for the initial grinding and shaping of rough rock. Step 2 - Medium (4 Tbsp/batch): 120/220 Grit Silicon Carbide, used for smoothing of the initial grind. Step 3 - Pre-Polish (6 Tbsp/batch): 600 Grit Silicon Carbide, prepares rocks for Final Polish. Step 4 - Final Polish (6 Tbsp/batch): Ultra Polish, Final Polish of Pre-Polished Rocks.
