• Easy to assemble. Not as tiny as 1:24 scale DIY kit. Perfect for beginner. All you need is glue. Glue is not included. Quick dry silicon or tacky glue is recommended.
• For age 12 and up. Assembly time would be approximately 5-10 hours depending on the crafters experience. Assembly required for each and every piece of furniture, room structure, food and accessories.
• Scale 1:18. Finished size 7.5x6.5x7.5.
